2. The quote is applied for general house cleaning, with the standard conditions of your house.
3. 20% OFF for weekly house cleaning and 15% OFF for fortnightly house cleaning are calculated in the cleaning rates.
4. Add $15 for an extra bedroom/bathroom, $6 for a toilet.
5. Two stories add $10.
Carpet Steam Cleaning Quote – From $80
Note:
1. The quote does not include GST.
2. Please remove all furniture before our carpet cleaning team arrives.
3. You do not need to do vacuum (normally some carpet cleaning service providers will ask you to do it).
4. The price includes carpet stain removal (if possible and not much).
5. We will try our best, but we do not guarantee all stains on the carpet will be removed completely.
Airbnb Cleaning Quote – From $95

1. The house needs to be empty before our cleaners arrived. We do not remove heavy furniture.
2. The quote is applied for the standard condition of a house.
3. 1/2 hour cleaning wall marks included in our quote, we will help to minor obvious marks.
4. 20% OFF for carpet steam cleaning is calculated in the prices.
5. Please add $40 for each extra bedroom/bathroom, $20 for a toilet.
6. Two stories add $30.
